Regulations
General terms and conditions for the use of the VELO sports complex for sports purposes.
1. The user is at all times responsible for using the sports halls as befits a good father, i.e., to get the most out of them with the care that a conscientious person would give to his own affairs.
2. Stichting E xploitatie Accommodatie VELO (SEA VELO) is not liable for damage caused to the user or property of users and third parties.
3. SEA VELO is not liable for theft of property of users and/or third parties.
4. The user is obligated to designate a contact person for the period of use. This person must be known to SEA VELO.
5. Damage to the building or furnishings caused by the user will be charged to the user.
6. All damage to the building and/or furnishings must be reported immediately to the sports complex manager by sending an email to schade.sea@velo.nl
7. Subletting, transferring or exchanging hours is strictly prohibited without the permission of SEA VELO.
8. The facilities/sports equipment in the hall are available to the user. Use of these is at your own risk.
9. The sports hall must be used as a sports facility – i.e. clothing and other equipment not required for sports must be kept in the designated changing rooms.
10. First aid supplies are available at the locker room manager and canteen. If a tenant requires first aid supervision, they must arrange for this themselves.
11. The SEA VELO materials present in the complex remain the property of SEA VELO.
12. The materials used by the user must be put back in the designated space after use.
13. All used spaces must be returned clean and ready for use again.
14. The usage agreement for the hall includes the use of four changing rooms. Additional use, subject to availability, is possible in consultation with SEA for a fee.
15. The changing rooms reserved for the designated period can be found on the signs next to the manager’s room. This layout must be adhered to.
16. For complaints regarding changing rooms and/or the sports hall, please send an email to Reservering.sea@velo.nl. For urgent problems, please contact the changing room manager.
17. Costs arising from failure to comply with terms and conditions will be charged to the user.
18. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, an attempt will be made to resolve the matter amicably. Ultimately, the decision rests with SEA VELO.

VELO Sports Complex Below is an overview of the agreements we make with each other to enable everyone to participate in sports in a healthy way.
1. The entrance hall and the corridors leading to the changing rooms must be kept completely clear – so no cupboards should be placed in the corridors, bags should only be placed in the bag rack in the canteen, and no food or drink should be consumed in the corridors or otherwise blocked.
2. Indoor athletes must enter the new hall through the rear door, the door near locker room 24.
3. AUDIENCE members should enter the new sports hall through the door opposite changing rooms 1 and 2.
4. Indoor sports shoes must not have soles that may leave marks.
5. It is not permitted to consume food and drinks in the sports hall.
6. The locker rooms are for changing and showering. Chatting afterwards is very pleasant, but only in the (temporary) cafeteria.
7. SMOKING is prohibited.
8. FIELD SPORTSMEN should leave as much outdoor dirt outside as possible, and should clean their shoes with the brooms outside.
9. FIELD SPORTSMEN must leave the field/dugouts clean and dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.
10. After use, please leave the hall and/or changing room CLEAN, so put rubbish in the appropriate bin.
11. Emergency exits are for emergencies and not as a normal entrance/exit.
